Bob Is Right, This Morning: NASDAQ Stock Trading Is Classic “Prisoner’s Dilemma”

Without any additional ado, then — here is Bob, on Mattersight’s recent declines in market capitalization, on the NASDAQ:

…This is a classic prisoner’s dilemma. You want to sell before the stock goes lower, but if all or too many sell, the stock goes lower.

You know the stock is going lower because the company is missing targets and burning cash.

You know the stock is going lower because the company has to give a discount to get new money….

Indeed. [And who didn’t love the Beeb, when it used to run the above?]

    1. “Raindrops keep falling on my head…”?!

Just popped into my brain! Hilarious!

      I’m sure there’s a more apt tune…

      Something by Wheezer?!

[“…I’m a loser baby… so why don’t you kill me?”]

      Dunno… anyone else?
